A PhD in water sciences, Amar began focusing on participation during his dissertation, where he met Jean-Emmanuel and Mathieu. He quickly joined Lisode to bring his creativity and develop new collective intelligence approaches. Since then, he has supported numerous projects in the Middle East and North Africa (more or less close to his Kabyle roots) and provides invaluable support to researchers worldwide in structuring their projects and creating connections with society. Rarely tired and always ready to help, whether offering advice on a workshop or lending a hand with a move, he’s the colleague everyone can count on. With unfailing calmness and kindness, he is a stabilizing force that brings balance and harmony to any group, at Lisode and beyond.
