is a founding partner of Lisode, graduated in the biology of populations and ecosystems at the University of Geneva and in ecosystems management at the University Paris 7. He is specialized in using participation methods in natural resource management processes and particularly in rural settings. His knowledge of innovative participation processes such as role games or simulation exercises allows him to propose original solutions to collective learning or decision-making processes.

is a founding partner of Lisode, a certified professional facilitator and a mediator, has a PhD in political science, has participated in numerous development and research projects as a participation practitioner, researcher, evaluator, but also as a project coordinator. Yorck has helped design projects and facilitated meetings in urban planning, water management, change of agricultural practices and organizational change. He is particularly fond of facilitating large group meetings, mediating challenging conflict situations, but also of providing training.

is a founding partner of Lisode.  He graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Centrale of Lyon, and also as an environmental engineer and manager from the Ecole des Mines in Paris. He is specialized on designing innovative tools for participation processes with a special focus on collaborative modeling. By his training and professional experience, Jean-Emmanuel has a solid background in multi-stakeholder project management and also in team coordination. As a result of his involvement in the European Commission financed project AquaStress he also has developed expertise in supporting activities that target to integrate scientific expertise with the knowledge of lay people.

is a founding partner of Lisode, graduated in environmental biology from the University of Montpellier, as well as from the UNESCO land use management master programme. With his competencies in ecology as well as land use planning, he is specialized on territorial diagnostics and actor analyses.

Is a partner of Lisode, graduated in agronomy (EBE – Paris-Sud XI) and continued with a PhD in water management (AgroParisTech Montpellier). For many years he worked in a multidisciplinary research team doing research on the irrigated agriculture in the Maghreb, particularly in Algeria. He has built experience in participatory methods (facilitation of participatory workshops, scenario building) and in socio-economic analysis of agricultural practice (water management and irrigation). He has participated in projects (e.g. WADEMED, SIRMA) in France, Spain, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.

Is a graduate in ecological engineering (EBE – Paris-Sud XI). After working as a learning facilitator – helping the general public access scientific knowledge - she began to focus on public participation in territorial development. Trained in the companion modeling method (ComMod developed by the research unit GREEN of the Cirad research institute) and a member of the ComMod association she is now using and further developing her expertise in LISODE.  Elsa is particularly interested in projects where experts, local authorities and community members work together. Thus, she has gained experience in accompanying multi-stakeholder groups in water management, urban planning and natural resource management.
