Scientific partners

Lisode was created in close collaboration with two research centers that are at the forefront of the construction of participation processes: the Cemagref and the CIRAD. Lisode reinforced this partnership in June 2008 through a tripartite convention with the two research centers.

The Cemagref is a French public research institute that aims at producing results directly useable in land and water management. The goal is to create new knowledge and technical innovations for managers, decision-makers and companies in providing answers to questions raised by society concerning resource management, land use and development.

The Cirad is a French agronomy research institute with a mission towards the developing countries of the South. It carries out its research in partnership with institutions of these countries. The Cirad has chosen sustainable development as its focus throughout the world.   This approach considers long term ecological, economic and social consequences of interventions in the societies and countries of the South.

Institutional partners

For its start up process, LISODE benefited from the support of the business incubator LRI of the French region of Languedoc-Roussillon.

Lisode has also won the support of the European Enterprise and Innovation Center (CEEI) of the greater Montpellier area (Montpellier Agglomération).

Lisode is accompanied by the regional federation of cooperatives (SCOP).

Lisode has developed strong links with the International Association of Facilitators building on its values and concepts.

Lisode works in close cooperation with researchers from the ComMod network.
