Lisode provides services for development projects whenever they require the active involvement of local people. We intervene mainly in projects of co-management of natural resources and participatory innovation development (PID) in the following areas: • Water resources management • Management of irrigated agriculture • Management of fisheries In the interventions we use our expertise gained during the work in several developing countries (Algeria, Egypt, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, and Pakistan). This allows us to apply innovative methods in diverse and sometimes difficult local contexts. One of our strength is to create links between user and technical (scientific) expertise. The quality of the cooperation with our local partners is of primary importance to us and we strive to make it effective throughout the project. We invest in capacity building of local partners to assure the sustainability of the projects.
