Welcome to Lisode’s website. Our company develops and supports public participation processes. Lisode is coordinating the river basin governance project "InterSage""Towards integrated water management in the West Hérault : Management tools and new forms of governance"
 Lisode co-constructed this project with the Cemagref of Montpellier, the higher education institution
MINES ParisTech, as well as with the authorities responsible for managing the waters of the Orb river and the Astien aquifer (SMVO and SMETA). The Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development (MEEDDM), the Region Languedoc-Roussillon, the Département of Hérault and the water board responsible for the Rhone and the Mediterranean basins are funding the project.
The project aims at bringing together various stakeholders of natural resources management in order to develop tools for better coordinating quantitative and qualitative water management. More specifically, the project is working on issues of inter-basin transfers among the Orb river and the Astien aquifer and also on the question of how to share responsibilities for water quality in the Orn estuary. Methodologically, the project is based on an action research approach. |
